The 1632nd Wednesday Demonstration was held to commemorate late Kim Bok-Dong halmoni since 28 January, 2024 is the 5th year of commemoration.
The Wednesday Demonstration proceeded to remember the late Kim Bok-Dong halmoni through silent prayer, reading a testimonial novel, and listening to the eulogies of those who had been with the late Kim Bok-Dong Halmoni when she was alive. It was a precious time to remember her. Like Kim Bok-Dong halmoni, who struggled harder than anyone else to resolve the issue of Japanese military sexual slavery, the Korean Council will follow her spirit and fight for justice.
