On October 14, the Korean Council held a special supporters’ event featuring a screening of The Murmuring, followed by a guest talk and discussion (GV).
The event began with opening remarks by Chairperson Lee Na-young. After the screening, Director Byun Young-joo joined the audience for a GV session, engaging in a lively exchange with participants. The discussion lasted nearly an hour, fueled by the audience’s thoughtful and passionate questions. Many attendees later shared that Director Byun’s reflections left a deep and lasting impression.
Approximately 90 supporters and their companions gathered for the event, sharing moments of laughter and tears as they watched the film together. The time spent connecting through the film and conversation will be remembered for a long while.
